What are the dimensions of the bus and how much space do you need to park it?

Our Volkswagen buses are approximately 15 ft long and 6.5 ft wide (including mirrors) — comparable in width to a standard sedan.

Once set up, we recommend allowing an additional 5 ft of clearance beside the bus to ensure comfortable guest access.


How long does setup and teardown take?

Setup and teardown each take approximately one hour.

For weddings and larger events, we typically arrive 2–2.5 hours before the scheduled start time to allow for thoughtful placement, styling, and coordination with your venue.

If the bus needs to be set up earlier to avoid guest-facing moments (such as ceremonies or guest arrival), additional standby time can be added to your package.

We work closely with you and your venue or event coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly.


Do you drive the bus to our event?

No — although the buses are fully functional, we tow them to and from each event to ensure a smooth and reliable arrival.

While we do enjoy driving them, our priority is ensuring the bus arrives safely and on time without any hiccups.


How many people fit inside the bus at once?

Our white bus fits 4 guests comfortably (up to 7 max), while our blue bus fits 3 comfortably (up to 5 max).


Do you need power?

Yes — we require one standard electrical outlet. We bring extension cords and can operate comfortably within approximately 100 ft of the outlet.

If power is not available, a generator can be arranged for an additional cost (with advance notice).


What happens if it rains?

he Photo Bus operates rain or shine.

A tent can be placed above the bus for additional guest comfort, though it is not required for operation.

We will continue service unless weather conditions become unsafe (such as hail, severe thunderstorms, or weather warnings).


What happens if something technical goes wrong?

All equipment is tested before your event, and we always bring backup gear to every booking to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If anything unexpected occurs we’re prepared, because the show must go on!


What areas do you service?

We are based in Toronto and Durham Region and service events within approximately a 2–3 hour radius, from Niagara to Prince Edward County. Travel outside our main region may require a small additional fee depending on distance.
